Hatha Yoga classHatha is one of the most common styles of yoga.  It is a slow-paced class that explores many poses for increased strength, vitality and balance.  In the 20th century, hatha yoga, particularly asanas (the physical postures), became popular throughout the world as physical exercises, and is now colloquially termed “yoga”.
