A gentle yoga approach has even been found to be an important complement in programs to reverse heart disease or provide relief from the challenging conditions of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, as well as mood disorders.   Suitable for everyone, no matter your level of flexibility.  Chairs are available for use if you are unable to get on the floor.
