“Loving What Is” workshop

Come and learn The Work. A simple, yet powerful process of inquiry that teaches you to identify and question the thoughts that cause you to suffer.

Byron Katie, the author of “Loving What Is” developed the wonderful and simplistic method of asking yourself 4 simple questions when you believe a stressful thought, and then incorporates a turnaround to help you understand and then shift your own perception.

The Work becomes an easy way to live with less anxiety, fear, and misunderstanding, and gives you very simple tools you can use any time to reduce your anger, resentments, and become less reactive, less often, and with less intensity.

Experience mental clarity, live and work more intelligently and effectively with integrity. You can become a “lover of what is” and find the peace that comes from an honest and truthful inquiry into your own perceptions.

The Dragonfly Sanctuary welcomes Karen McMahon to facilitate The Work with us. She has been a student and lover of The Work for years and has attended The School for The Work with Katie to be able to share her love of inquiry with you.
